Stephen’s stall will feature homemade sausage rolls, tarts – both savoury and sweet – pies, and plenty of gluten free items. There will be cakes and pastries. Stephen has a regular stall in Much Marcle at the Hellens Produce Market, and his offer could be familiar from there. He is an ex-Michelin star chef, and also use to own the Loughpool in Sellack, outside Ross-on-Wye (when it was Pub of the Year), and the Butchers Arms in Woolhope. Much is made with produce from his own garden.
